I really like this girl. we have talked about our relationship but its goin to go nowhere b/c she likes this guy that she works w/ more than me. she did date this guy earlier this year but something happened and it ended. she was pissed about it for a long time and now she wants to get back w/ him. she doesnt wanna go out w/ me cause she thinks that she doesnt deserve me and that she also doesnt wanna hurt me. we ARE still friends and we hang out some times (go to the movies usually). i wanna take this relationship further but she doesnt. should i continue to persue this or not? Im still in high school if that matters. a senior w/ 1/2 a year left.

My best advice it wait it out! I know that sounds lame but I would be frustrated that I would never have a bf and when I finally got one the one I really wanted would be interested in me. Scientists explain this by saying that when we have a bf/gf we are more confident which attracts other potentials. SO give it some time and just be confident! WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T BE CLINGY, THAT JUST PUSHES GIRLS/BOYS AWAY.

Hell no. Keep it moving you will be out of school in no time and begin to meet new and more interesting people. Probably when you are 30 and you guys meet again she will be able to open her eyes and regret what she missed out on. If when you do talk to her talk , ask her for advice about your new relationships with girls and see how she reacts.

Apparently she isn't that into you. You are young and will have plenty of time to find a girlfriend that enjoys you and trusts you to protect her. It's your loss, not hers. You are almost done with school, why don't you wait a few more months and then try the singles scene where you live? GL

Just stay friends, because if yall do hook up and something happens you just lost your friend. So keep her as a friend cause at least you'll still have her in your life.

Well, stay friends. :) Or try to kiss her... if she really doesn't want you, she'll ask to stop. If else, maybe she'll become your GF. Else, you stay friends and do nothing else than being friends and maybe somedays, it will bloom in something else.
