Move on. It's called experience.

Realize that the past does not necessarily predict the future. Look at the negatives to see where you may have been able to avoid what happened so as not to repeat it then move on. Forgive yourself for any past mistakes that you may have made and know that we all learn and grow from mistakes. Realize that by dwelling too much on past harms you can ruin the present and future that might otherwise be more positive. Take action to bring positive things in your life, diminish the negative things where you can by making good decisions and being with positive people, and take moments to enjoy what is positive in the present.

You ask God to heal your heart and start to realize you have a chance to get it right because you have breath in your body! You can't focus on the past because you can't change what happend but things in life you do now determine your future. So do what you have to so in 2 years from now you want be re asking this questions. You can do it! The fact that you woke up this morning is God telling you. You have another chance to make your life here on earth positive and not negative. And don't ever be mad at God for a negative past because God puts something in our path to show us to depend and have faith on him. Just remember her want put more on you than you can bare and as long as you true in him and STRIVE for rightousness you are going to be alright k. Be blessed! And when the enemy try's to get you with your past tell him you were built for this!

Peace can be obtained through Christ Jesus. My favorite verse in the Bible is Philippians 4:6-7 - Be anxious for nothing, but through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Basically, the promise is that if we give God our worries, He will grant us peace - notice, however, He does not say He will fix everything.

Try focusing on this life instead of a past life. Learn whatever lessons you can apply from that one into this, and stop being hard on yourself about it. You are in this one now, and are learning valuable lessons from it.
Be your own best friend.. by that, I mean, what would you say to your best friend in this situation? Would you beat him/her up and tell them to feel horrible about it? Or would you tell them something encouraging? My bet is that you would treat your best friend supportively and encourage them in some way. Do that for yourself today.

Many blessings on your path!

It is hard to do, but, just let go. You hurt yourself more by holding on to bitterness. Try meditation, it helps.
