That is just disgusting.. Would you bring your food into the bathroom while you did your business? No you wouldn't. Your wife does not feel sexual while she is on the toilet case closed she asked you not to and you put your needs ahead of her wishes. Shame on you. Especially since she has asked you in the past not too.
Start groveling and begging for forgiveness is what you need to do.

First, you have to respect her right to crap in peace. This was your mistake and you should own up to it.
You were selfish because you wanted to gratify your own sexual fetish without thinking about how she would feel and react.
I think you feel embarassed and guilty but are overshadowing these emotions with anger because she didn't do what you wanted in order to make yourself feel as if you did nothing wrong.
Talk to her. Appologize for what you did (because it is your fault - I know you may not want to hear this but it is). And respect her right to not want to be kissed on the leg when on the toilet.
If you don't appologize and talk about this your feelings of guilt will continually be overshadowed by anger which will grow into resentment which can lead to the end of this relationship (because over time it will become miserable). The key to a healthy marriage/relationship is communication.

What??? you have to be kidding right? I think you may want to seek professional help, why do you even want to be in the same room when someone is on the toilet? It really is a private time, i don't want anyone in the bathroom when im on the toilet, it is embaressing, i don't blame her for slapping you.
