Ok, I assume you would like a real answer. Here are my thoughts.
First, Jesus said nobody would know the day or the hour so watch out for people who set dates. I have been around this and thought the world was gonna end in 1993 for a while. Messed me up pretty bad.
Second, you can tell by the signs of the time, the love of most certainly has grown cold. There are more wars than ever and rumors of more. Read Matthew 24.
I dont think we are on the edge in that it has to happen today, tomorrow or even in the next 50 years. My opinion is, however, that we are probably in the generation that will not pass away. I think he will come back in the next 100 years myself, but even I could be wrong. Be ready to go today, but also be ready to wait.

Well if you were to count the 7 weeks of years in the book of Daniel, from 607 bce when the temple was destroyed you would get to 1914. Since WWI everything has gone from bad to worse. Was that not a sign that Jesus would be King, Well yes it was. So Jesus as having power and authority in Heaven, he does not really need to physically be on the earth, He is a spirit not a fleshly person. So your missing the train he is already here, and he is a King.

Read some books on the subbkect Like ARE WE living in the end times. REad Matthew 24 and other scriptures on the subject. Ezekiel 38-39 sounds like it could happen any time soon.

Nobody knows Jon, nobody knows. People claim to know but they are either delusional or just plain shysters.
Even when the Christ was here He didn't know, He said that only the Father in heaven knew and that not even His Holy Hosts (read angels) knows when that time is.

What do you want him to do if he'd come back?
Should he remove our freewill and force us to behave in ways that people wouldn't do of their own accord? Then we'd be like little puppets on a string. WOW hold me back from that fun!
The reality is so long as we have the ability to make choices be they possitive or negative then we must be ones to solve our own problems. After all we create our problems by the choices and actions we have made!
At no point in human history can anyone say THERE A DEVIL CAUSED US TO TAKE THIS OR THAT PATH SO WE ARE NOT RESPONCIBLE!
WE MADE THE CHOICE SO WE MUST CORRECT IT!
GROW UP AND TAKE RESPONCIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS!

Well many say it should be soon, seeing as what is going on the world and in Israel. But nobody knows the day or hour as it says in Matthew:Matthew 24:36
[ The Day and Hour Unknown ] "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
-But we do see signs of the coming age- I hope it is very soon!

Very close. No one knows the exact time but we know the season.
It is the season, summer is nigh.

The Bible is very specific in this matter. It says that although we might know the season, we will not know the day or hour. Only God knows. I live as if the Lord were coming tomorrow - each day I try to live my life as the Lord would have me live it - but I plan as if He is not coming in my lifetime.
