I don't really know what you mean by crispy but here's an idea. ( you will need a George Foreman grill or something like one ) Just put your favorite turkey sandwich ingredients in your favorite bread or roll ( I like to use foccocia bread or a nice portugese style roll ) and grill it for a minute or two. The bread or roll will come out crispy on the outside and the filling will will be warm and tasty on the inside. Voila , instant panini!

The Ultimate Turkey Sandwich
Ingredients
4 slices Waitrose Seeded Pan Gallego bread
1 clove garlic, halved
25g butter, softened
1 large, ripe avocado
Juice of ½ lime
150g cooked turkey, thinly sliced
40g pack Cornhill Crispy Smoked Bacon
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 large vine tomato, sliced
4 leaves curly lettuce, rinsed
Instructions
Rub the bread with the halved garlic clove, then butter the bread. Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Roughly mash half the avocado with the lime juice and thinly slice the other half.
Spread the mashed avocado over two slices of bread, then season. Layer the sliced avocado, turkey and bacon on top and sprinkle with coriander.
Finish with slices of tomato and lettuce leaves and season again. Top with the remaining bread and press down gently. Secure with cocktail sticks. Cut in half and serve.
Cook's tip
Sandwiches are best eaten straight away, but if you're making this for later, cover with clingfilm and chill, then add the tomato just before eating.
Try this
For a different flavour, use German Landbrot Light Rye Bread. Fill with turkey, roasted red onion, chopped fresh thyme and lamb's lettuce.
Or you could try Waitrose White Batch with Poppy Seeds. Fill with turkey

Add lettuce and cucumber slices, that will make it crispy. You could always fry or deep fry the turkey pieces that are for the sandwiches. Other than that I am not sure! Good luck!
