Try chin ups (not the kind where you hang from a bar). Just keep your shoulders square and tilt your head back and then forward again, this can help w/ your chin. I also tighten my neck muscles, which is kinda hard to explain, but if you know how to make your tendons stick out (the rubber band looking things), that's what I do, and I find that it works. Try it out, it couldn't hurt and it is 100% cheaper than surgery.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

You cannot spot reduce weight. Your body is genetically designed to store fat in certain areas and lose it in certain areas when you start losing weight. To lose weight you just have to expend more calories then you take in. Cardiovascular exercises like Running, Walking, Swimming, and Biking can have you one your way to a thinner face. You should engage in any combination of these at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes, and more if you want faster results. Good luck!

Your body probably does the samething as mine, it equilizes the weight through out your whole body. When this happens, there are some good sides to it and bad sides to it.

The good side is that you actually look skinnier then you really are, but the bad side is if you lose weight more then likely you are also going to lose weight all over the rest of your body.

So just losing weight from your face, your out of luck you would have to also lose weight all over.

I don't think you can lose weight off your face without surgery, but you can make your face look thinner with the right hairstyle and makeup. Start with your face shape...it's probably round, but that's ok. Get a free makeup lesson at a department store cosmetic counter. They can show you where to put the blush and with just a little research you can learn how to change your hairstyle to camouflage what you think is a flaw!

jog...not really any effective way around it. You really can't lose weight in any specific area without losing it somewhere else. You have to raise your heart level to lose fat. You have to burn calories to raise your heart level. The way to burn calories is doing something active.

Unless you get an operation of some sort, there isn't any way around it. You have to do something aerobic or cardiovascular

you can't lose weight in a specific area (unless you get lipo). you are probably still young and you are supposed to have some fat there. if it really bothers you, you can have a hairstylist cut your hair to frame your face better, or use make-up strategically, bronzers work well for this.

you can't just loose weight in your face without losing it in the rest of your body, sorry. the only real way is lyposuction. That is why lyposuction was invented, because picky people wanted fat removed in only certain areas.
