Cookies of any type will stay fresh for about 2 weeks in an airtight container, less time if you put them in a baggie (about 1 week), if you just leave them out in the open, 2 days is about it. I hope this helps! Good luck!

That will depend mostly on how you store it, but also a little bit on the moisture content of the cookies.
Standard chocolate chip cookies will last a few days on a plate covered in plastic wrap or tin foil, and up to two weeks if you put them in an airtight container (like Tupperware or a cookie jar with a rubber sealing ring). Add a few days to that for soft-baked chocolate chip cookies, becuase they have more moisture to begin with.
My favorite cookie recipie, Israeli Honey Cookies, makes for a cookie that will stay fresh for a good three or four weeks wrapped loosely in tinfoil. Even longer in an airtight container. Of course, they never really last that long in our house..they get eaten up first!

Unless you're using pasteurized eggs I wouldn't keep the dough for more than 3 days. Your best bet is to bake all the cookies and then freeze them or divide your dough into the amounts that you want to use and freeze it. I've never froze cookie dough before, but I freeze cookies all the time!

About 2 weeks in a tin is the typical answer. Depending on the cookie. If it's peanut butter, they're already dry. They tend to die faster than anything else I've ever baked.

They really are best right out of the oven!! You can make the dough ahead of time, freeze it and make the cookies as you want them. I do this and it works well, plus if you only make 2 cookies at a time you can't over eat!

it depends on what you keep them in. If you laeve them out in the open but if you keep them airtight in a bag they will stay fresh much longer

Not long left out. If you freeze them up to 6 months and if you bag them I would say up to a month.
