Simple answer: Rinse your hair in the sink.
Better answer: Turn off the hot water so brother will come out of shower.
Logical answer: If it's greasy, put it up in a stylish bun, with some cute barettes.

If it's not greasy, just dirty than put a dab of vaseline in it. That always works. If it's greasy and dirty then talk powder or even baby powder works. Just make sure to brush it out real good to get the white out, else it looks like you have dandruff.

Put your hair back in a pony tail or bun. It's the only option. You don't have time to wash your hair, then you have to blow dry and style could take 30 min! Just dress nicely and do your makeup.

Is it greasy dirty or just dirty? If it looks greasy, take baby powder and put it where it looks greasy, and then brush your hair and run your hands through it to get the 'white' look out. It may take a bit to get it out but at least it won't look greasy. Good luck.

There are dry shampoos you can buy at Sally's and other beauty supplies. You just rub them into your hair and brush them out. It removes the oils until you can wash it. It was made for medical facilities for patients who could not get there head wet.

If you're in such a hurry, why are you on-line now? Use the sink in the kitchen ... it's big enough and will do in a pinch!
