Everyone will sometime in their life get a headache it is normal. But you might want to try extra strength tylenol for the pain, and go by the suggestions on the back of the label. As to the proper dosage you are supposed to take. I hope this answers your question. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Possibly dehydration, as someone else has said.
Possibly a problem with your neck, putting pressure on the blood vessels. See an osteopath or a chiropracter, (preferably a McTimoney chiropracter - they don't hurt you).
Possibly a problem within the bones of the skull, caused by some sort of trauma. See a craniosacral therapist.
Possibly, but less likely, a dietary problem. See a nutritionist.
Possibly a hangover, but guess you've already thought of that.
Hope you soon resolve it.

awww too bad! take some rehydration salts! also known as diralite (not sure how its spelt) it replaces salts and minerals lost in your body which is often a cause of headaches. I also take them when flying as then I dont feel so dehydrated and it helps to keep you more alert!
Its much better than taking tablets and will often will cure a head ache faster than paracetamol or ibuprofen. Most definatly worth a try!!

Can be purchased from superdrug, boots, or often supermarkets. Generally used to replace fluid loss from having the runs or sickness.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist, your question is a bit vague. We all get headaches some more violent that others. Sometimes its caused by stress and sometimes its a sign of an underlying illness. If you want a more precise answer you must give a more precise question

Three -fourths of Americans have headaches The stress and fatigue are the leading cause.
The aches comes from .muscles due to fatigue, lack of sleep, some traumatic injury, imbalanced posture, strains and your work.
Press your index finger on various parts of your body to know the trigger point and do exercise that part.
Even a change in your posture, can help free you from much of the common tension, pain and aches that,if unabated, takes the joy out of our life and pushes us ever too quickly into old age.

It really doesn't seem fair if you have done nothing to deserve a headache, if you have you have only yourself too blame, otherwise cut down on chocolate and caffeine gradually,it has helped me,if syptoms persist you should see a doctor.
