A female who is confident and comfortable with who she is. A woman who does not dwell on the tiny things that are not perfect about her and is so vain that it can become sickening. A woman who is bright and able to communicate with a man in a mature, open and honest manner. A woman who respects herself and her surroundings and doesn't buy into what all the other females at the time are following as she is her own self. And finally a woman that you want to spend time with and treasure each moment that you have together. Looks will fade over time for all of us so they are not that important but being able to see the beauty of a woman inside is far more important. Money is the root of all good times but certainly does not purchase happiness and it too can disappear without notice.

financial security is obviously important when a girl chooses a mate, as in the beginning of time, the male who was stronger, brought more kill to the cave and lead his tribe was called the Alpha Male. This is what most women will be genetically programmed to be attracted to. Simply put, since we are to carry the babies and keep the home, we want to make sure that our offspring will be well taken care of and good looks never hurts either, since it makes for a more attractive children.
As for personality. Yes it goes a long way and we always must strive to be kind and courteous to our fellow men. Unfortunately, in most cases one must refer to the Golden Rule. "The One Who has the Gold, Rules."

Nothing. No really we do look at the personality, I know people think females are generally shallow creatures but we're not that bad. I like when a guy has a good sense of humor and it's good if he can hold a conversation that consists of more than a few grunts here and there.

Respect. Women want to be loved and CHERISHED. Treat them like a queen, and that's what you'll get in return. Also, a sense of humour makes anyone more attractive.

Dude all they want is your money, good looks and personality they will find elsewhere. Women love to use guys. They can't be trusted. If they smell money on you, they will pounce like tigers. Clean you out and stalk their next unsuspecting victim.

I don't care about money as long as they have a good job and don't live with their momma! :) Looks are subjective. What matters is honesty, sensitivity, sense of humor and understanding of what true committment means.

Sense of humour, easy to talk to about anything. Also a guy has to have his own life, like so we have our relationship, but then we each have our own friends etc, I hate guys who get funny about me seeing my girl/guy friends, it's really annoying, i mean it's you I'm dating not my guy friends. Yeh but it's bascially personality, most of the guys I go out with arn't amazingly good looking, or rich cos it's boring spending time with them.
