birth and death are both related to each other.soul is in reality eternal it never dies & never takes birth.in relative it is within the body & a main element of life, so as the life(nature of soul) leaves the body, generally it is said the person died. in the presence of soul the body becomes relatively alive in real it is not. life exists only in the presence of soul. so to live is our nature.

To answer your question would be an attempt to play God. Our mind set is not at all equipped to understand the will of God or the reasons for God’s various actions. Only God knows the reasons for each of us being born and for every little thing that happens to us thereafter. Each of us is born with an individual conscious, that is something like a ‘users manual’ which will help us understand the Dos and the Don’ts that are applicable to us during our lifetime on this earth. Like so many utility products we use today, all of which require servicing, repairs, change of parts etc., etc. Each one of us also needs such services. This is why our parents, our teachers, our bosses etc. constantly monitor our progress. With our limited knowledge today we may never understand the purpose of our tenure on this earth. However, our knowledge is increasing with the passage of time…fifty years down the line we knew nothing about some of the things we know today and fifty years ahead we will know so much more. Perhaps millions of centuries from now mankind may understand the reasons why God created us, our purpose, where we go after death on earth etc. Till then may I suggest we all concentrate on being the best of what we are destined to be and accept the will of God.

Procreation keeps us moving forward. Extinction is a natural process, a law unto itself, which applies to all living beings. Apart from its religious significance, in death we vacate our place to the next generation to take up responsibilities to keep the human race marching forward. Progress is an achievement, for which natural extinction is a small price to pay. And many religions think that in death we just move to another world.
If the first humans hadn't reproduced, we wouldn't be here to exercise our minds on a question, as serious as the one you asked. You would have missed the divinity of a bird's song, the beauty of morning dew on a freshly blossomed flower, the splendour of the sunrise and the tranquility of the moonlight. You would have missed your parents' affection, the love of your siblings, the care of your spouse and the endearment of your children. Isn't it sufficient reason to spend a few days on this beautiful planet?
We don't live for ourselves alone. We live for our immediate relations and then the needy and deserving of our attention. Aren't such causes worthy enough for living.
Death is natural. So we should die with a smile on our lips. But let us try to make our human lives as fulfilling and worthy as possible. So that the world weeps when we depart.

Just cause your gonna die doesn't mean you should just give up on life. To live, you must die. How can you have a life without a death. For every Positive there must be a Negative. Happiness means nothing without Sadness, Light means nothing without Darkness, Life means nothing without Death. Death is a part of life and we really don't know what Death is, no ones ever come back to tell us about it. We don't' know what happens when we die, does it all just end, or is it just the beginning of another journey. Life is all about ups and downs. So take it all in and make the best of it.

The entire purpose of life is to enter into a relationship with Almighty God. The life you have been given is eternal and beyond price. The days you walk this earth are days to learn and grow - it is a chance to become the person you are meant to be. As a Christian, I believe that the only way to accomplish this is by accepting the free gift of salvation through Jesus' sacrifice. When we die, we will be in the presence of the Lord. The choice we have is where we will spend eternity - with God or without Him.

This is the fact of life.
In most cases there is a long period of enjoyment, full filament and generally doing what your heart desires.
So it is up to the the individual to brood over the fact that some day they will die or live the life to the fullest without regrets and enjoy it while it lasts, and live your mark on this world.
It use to be that we lived to see only 360 full moon not too long ago. Now we live to see 3 times that. In future we may even see 1200 or so........
Have fun you will like it.

Good question! You are not going to die. You will leave this body and take another. You are a very beautiful soul. A point of light. Eternal. Pure energy. You and your body are seperate. This is your body and a very valuable one. Because in this body you will reach your perfect, angelic stage. This is the only time you will meet your unlimited,Spiritual Father. This is the only time in the time cycle you can earn an inheritence from God and actually meet with Him. Just know yourself and your Father and remember Him.Because you have forgotten Him and yourself.

The phase between the part where we are born and die is only like the second act of a three-act play. God has a plan for all of His children to return to Him. If we live well in this life, we can have the opportunity to return to Him. Therefore, this life is a chance for us to grow and improve so we can be ready to return to Him.

The point is to live and enjoy life. The point is to be a part of creation. Life is a gift. The knowledge that we will die some day should encourage us to live life to the fullest. It's not meant to be a source of dread. Carpe Diem!

Life is an experience worth experiencing. The bitter and cold daysof failure are worth remembering on the bright and warm days of success. You are born to give life to another one. So thank Allmighty one for this blessing. Live life to the full, enjoy the bad days as you enjoy the good days and you will understand the purpose of life.
