There are a few spine lengthening exercises that can help you extend your height up to 2-3 inches, you can check out more lengthening exercises from http://www.giantscientific.com , this site covers a lot of natural height increase exercises for anyone past puberty age. If you are still young and growing, maybe you can see what you can do naturally to boost your HGH you can find more info from http://www.hghforheight.com they have a lot of instruction on how to achieve that. I also heard from www.thepilatesguide.com that pialtes or yoga can help you grow taller by improving your core strength muscle. Hope it helps

Don't get taller!! Else what are the short guys going to do?? like self at 5'4"???
seriously , I think if you are past the growing stage like over 17 - 18 years , then ordinary methods won't work. Though I have heard of some operations done to elongate the leg bones a bit , or taking hormones. But you need expert medical guidance for any of these. And that operation thing is not available in every country. Search the Net. It will be costly and a bit time consuming too. But most people get used to it in the long run. The world respect people not because of their physical stature. Some people are respected for their money or power and the respect will cease the moment you lose money and power. Let the world give you respect for what you really are. Nobody will bully you because you are smaller if they think you are tough and smart.
There are a lot of short people in the world. If you are in school or college you might feel inferior some time but the feeling will pass as you mature. Cheer UP!!
Forgot to add: Your size depends a lot on the family back ground.
If both parents are very tall , children are likely to be tall but less than parents. If both parents are very short , children likely to be taller than parents. If one parent is very short and the other very tall , the children will be in between. Something like that in general.

The height of the person is influenced by many factors, like good nutrition, onset and end of puberty and, most importantly, by the genetic predisposition. Most people by the time they are 19 have stopped growing and reached their final height. By that age growth epiphyses (the areas of the bones in your arms and legs that grow) have closed and the bone cannot get any longer. Unfortunately, once that happened, there is not much you can do to become taller.
If you have seen advertisements for products that promise to make you taller, beware, there are no pills or devices that can increase your height. Try to remember that height is only on aspect of who you are and that you have many qualities that you can control, like how you are as a friend, how hard you work and how you treat other people.

You can do pull-ups and Surya-Namaskar.That can help you.

Dude, you're still going through puberty. You can go from 5'5" to 6'4" insanely fast when your growth spurt hits. You just need to wait. There are a few things you can do to promote growth. Height is determined by many factors: Proper nutrition, lots of exercise, a solid sleep every night, genetics, exposure to air pollution.. the list goes on. Just do well what you can control - eat right, exercise, sleep right - consistently, and once you're done puberty, you'll be as tall as you genetics and other limiting factors allow you to be. Pills don't work.

Depends on your age and genetics, but I believe people STOP growing at about 25, give or take.
If you are still a teenager, or pre-teen, I would take plenty of naps. I have a cousin that would always take naps as a kid and he is now 6'3" and I know of others that have done the same.
I'm not suggestng for you to sleep a lot and get up at noon, no, these have to be naps! ..and not necessarily long naps either, quick 30 minute power naps should be OK. You also have to eat right of course.
