It is truly a waste of time. Liberals will never call their own to task for bad behavior. Never have, never will. In the Liberal world it's about symbolism over substance and do as I say not as I do. This information was pretty common knowledge before Clinton was elected it didn't phase them one bit. The fact the he lied under oath while President didn't phase them one bit either. Liberals pray at the altar of Clinton and that is just not going to change. Interestingly enough I voted for Clinton the second time around. The reason was because I just was not happy with the alternative (Dole) and by this point I knew what I was getting with Clinton. I don't really regret this decision as Clinton was not a terrible president, but he also was not an honest man and this fact is not in doubt for anyone except liberals. Just look at the answers, they cannot discuss the content of the question without attacking Bush. This is the typical liberal ploy, if you cannot dispute the facts attempt to discredit the other side.

FACT: Bill Clinton had little to do with the economic boom of the 1990's. The economy was in such bad shape after Carter was in office due to failure to make tough decisions. I love Jimmy Carter he is a good man but he was a horrible president. The fallout of the Nixon administration also had much to do with it. Let's face it the Cold War wouldn't have been much of a challenge if it wasn't for these two catalysts.
Ronald Reagan took bold steps in the face of the tax and spend big government Democrats (a once great party BTW.). He established a foundation for the economic boom of the 1990's. Bush Sr. followed suit by making tough choices. Unfortunately he ended up raising taxes after he said he wouldn't and was bounced out for that reason. In the end what they did was create a snowball effect for our economy that enabled Bill Clinton to just stay out of the way and the economy finally proved fruitful due to the strong foundation established by Reagan and Bush Sr..
Now, more tough choices had to be made. Once again the Republicans stepped up to the plate and hit a hard fly ball (possibly out of the park). The Democrats far left wings leaderships thirst for power knows no bounds. They realize the tough choices that need to be made. They know much of the classified information that the current administration has and if the world knew this info it would hurt our brave soldiers in Iraq. Yet if shared it would legitimize the war and keep them in power. The Democratic far left wing leadership used this lack of ability to share information by the administration against the Republican party in this past election knowing it was there ONLY chance to gain the majority of congress again. If Clinton was in office I believe he would'nt hesitate to share the info. Thank God we have a President that idolizes the path of Reaganomics and though we are at war our economy is thriving. The double standard and tactics of the "once great" Democratic party leads this moderate voter to go Republican in every election for the past 20 years. Shame on Clinton, Kennedy, Dean, Palosi, and Kerry for their thirst for power knows no bounds!

As much as I detest Bill Clinton, I'd like to know your source.
And yes the source, in all fairness, is important.
If this turns out to be a true account, then I would have to say
that the liberals were either duped by him or worse didn't care
that his activities were illegal.
The really scary part is they probably didn't care.

I find it funny how libs are exactly like my abusive ex. They can twist stories around better than a preztel maker to fit their own ends.
And what's even scarier, dems are in control of the house and the senate.
I wonder how many of our troops they are going to get killed during the pull out the dems keep talking about? (because that is what is going to happen while our heros are packing - they are going to be unmercifully attacked) Or are they going to stay (the course) and not pull them out as that's what I've been hearing lately....no immediate pull out. I guess that was another LIE to get voters to vote for them?

If this was true, why didn't this information come out before he was elected president? And why didn't President Bush show up for his duty assignment in the National Guard? Isn't this kind of like the pot calling the kettle "black"? You should name the source of your information, or this is just another meaningless attack on President Clinton. Yet another whining conservative desperate to draw attention away from the fact that George W. Bush is the worst president ever. Bush is an arrogant, smarmy puppet, who started a war under botched and unclear intelligence, snubs the Geneva Convention, lies constantly, and is embarrassingly stupid. He has made the USA lose the respect we once had. Clinton was a much better president. Get over it.

All this, PLUS he sells nuclear military technology to the Communist Chinese. Anyone remember Los Alamos National Lab, and the MIRV warhead technology that the Chicoms got from their buddy Slick? Now the Chinese nuclear force is twenty years ahead of their developmental timetable, thanks to our pal Bill.
