We are having a family dinner tomorrow and I would like to make something that is nice for the season, but it has to be non-alcoholic.

Hot apple cider does not have to be alcoholic. Just Heat apple cider, add a little brown sugar and cinnomon sticks. It is very good and non alcoholic. Also try Hot cranberry punch. however much you are going to make 1/2 cranberry juice, 1/2 pineapple juice a little brown sugar and cinnimon sticks. Not to mention Hot chocolate is always a favorite not just with children.

How about heating some apple juice or cider, add some mulling spices and use cinnamon sticks for garnish, Not only does it taste good, it makes the house smell wonderful.
You can also buy eggnog that's premade and you dont have to add alcohol to it.
You can mix ginger ale or sprite with pineapple juice, add some slices of oranges and make a punch
Hot cocoa with marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles would be nice too if it's cold .

I've served this one for years.

Just mix 1 gallon of good apple cider (preferably spiced cider, but plain works too) with 1 2 liter bottle of Vernor's Ginger Ale.

Other brands of ginger ale just don't work for this.

I like to freeze some cider in a ring with a few apple slices as ice and garnish to float in it.

People constantly ask me for my punch recipe....I'm almost embarrassed to admit it's so simple
