Is tumeric paste the same as Vicco Tumeric Ayurvedic Cream?

Are they the same thing, or are they different...And, also, where can we get good Tumeric paste.

The tumeric paste that i am looking for is for the skin benefits, not for cooking.

After checking the internet for answers, I find that the ayurvedic cream you have referred to is intended to be used (generally by women) over their body, to prevent hair growth and make the skin smooth (as it is so thought to be, I understand). Turmeric may be an ingredient in this product, but it is not just turmeric paste that goes into this: there are several additives.
What do you want to do with turmeric paste? Is it required for cooking or for the same purpose the above product is supposed to serve? If it is for cooking, then you would perhaps like to check with your local grocery stores.
