The plant is called Heliotrope and smells gorgeous..like sweet vanilla.

There is a plant called Buddleia Davidii in it's scientific name.
That plant grows into a big bush, and it has flowers exactly like this one but the leaves are somewhat longer but similar looking and they have an aromatic smell.
This plant is sure to be related or a variety of that.

Yes, it is definitely a heliotrope: Heliotropium arborescens.

I'm not sure, but it looks a bit like a small lilac bush.
