I had really dry hair and I used hot oil treatments every 6-7 days. I like the treatment that does not need to be heated up. Also after I wash my hair before it dyes I use a green tea and ginseng treatment on my hair I use it everyday.

sunsilk cream for hair is really good - jus coz its cheap it dont mean its good.
All me mates use it as well as me
U can buy it from superdrug - not sure bt boots as i never tried there
