She's relaxed around you. She's comfortable enough to expose her belly, her most vulnerable part. She thinks of you as one of her.
She scratches you as part of a game. She's a silly cat!

cat's love to do this. My cat's do it all the time. They know you'll come over to pet them when they roll on their belly, but their not in a loving mood. They want to play and this is a way to get your attention.

My cats do the exact same thing. She wants to play, but she just scratches in play. Put blankets over your hand and kind of rub her belly and stuff and she will bite and roll. It's very cute! But when she gets serious and mad stop and just walk away.

My cat rolls over too...but she likes to have her belly stroked. Maybe she's unusual? Also...when she play scratches, she wont take her nails out so she just paws me...like a kitty slap. LOL. Though when she gets really excited...she can't control herself...and she does scratch.

Showing of the belly is an act of submission. Your cat is telling you that you are the Alfa cat in her eyes.
Cat's don't like to have their belly scratched, thus the acting out.

Cats are not like dogs...they generally do not enjoy belly scratches as a dog would. Petting their back is good, but vigorous play is not for them.

When cats turn and expose their stomach, it means they trust you. But at the same time, they don't like their bellies to be rubbed so they will protect themselves / scratch / play with you if you try.

It's a lazy cats way of saying "Hello!"
Some cats try to headbutt you and others roll around on the floor. It's a way of showing it is both submissive as well as happy to see you.

cats hate to have their stomach's petted, only cats that really trust you will let you do that, usually a catd just that is on her side or belly is comfortable or in the case of a fight is saying "i don't want to fight with you anymore" she also could just want attention and roles over, just stroke her head and back and stay away from her belly
