I have some old 3.5 floppy disks and want to reuse them but don't remember how to format them. need to know

Depends on your system, but most windows will allow you to open My Computer, right click on the A: drive with the floppy in it, and select the format option.

Just right click on the floopy drive in my computer and click format.and chage the format,and click format.Now u can use it,
