DO not try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.
You can also try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Prayer helps big time. Prayer is very powerful.
I pray the best!

I have battled an eating disorder for 12 years but the other type, but either way it is an addiction and it is hard to overcome. But I can offer some advice cause I guess I am pretty good at losing weight.
First you need to be buring more calories than you are consuming. Consider you need to burn about 3,500 calories just to lose ONE pound of fat. The best way to keep track of calories is to keep a food diary. We really do not realize how much we are actually consuming until we see it in black and white. Stay away from the sweets I know it is hard but try replacing the junk sweets with yogurt. It still has a sweet taste but it is healthy and beneficial. Fruit in moderate portions is good to. The fastest way to lose the pounds is cutting the carbs and staying high on proteins, which means meat. A grilled chicken salad is an excellent choice. To cut hunger and keep your metabolism going try to eat between 5-6 small meals a day. No junk foods and no sweets. Vegetables, like baby carrots are excellent snacks.
Exercise is crucial to losing weight. I workout 7 days a week alternating between cardio and weight or strength training. If you start a strentgh training program you will actually burn more calories throuhgout the day when you are lifting. Cardio can be running, walking, biking, rollerblading, aerobics or dance classes. Make it fun and change it up.
I do not know how you feel about supplements, but Chromium Piccolonate(spelling is wrong sorry) actually helps regulate your sugar levels hence controlling your cravings. CLA, and L Carnitine helps promote lean muscle and transport fat cells.

Your first comment states that you have an eating disorder ..your addicted to food.
Eating disorders of any kind require getting to the root of the problem. In your case WHY do you eat so much. There is probably an underlying reason why you blossomed from 125 to 210. What series of events led you to this.
Many people eat because they are unhappy and are unhappy because they eat.
See a counselor in your area that can help you get to the root of your problem THEN find a weight loss plan that is suited for you.
Remember to lose weight there really are only two basic ways to do it .
Portion control and Increased Activity. Eat everything in moderation and keep a diary of all food intake and how ,when , why. Plan your menu's in advance and stick to them.
Don't try to starve yourself by cutting out too many calories at once. You might want to start with a 1500 a day then gradually go to 1300 when you hit a plateau.
Oh darlin, every bride is beautiful on her wedding day. Just smile for the camera.

Forget weight-reduction plan I devour like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat mostly, if viable each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant deliver of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less more likely to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of prime protein meals and do not pass too difficult at the carbs. Try pass convenient on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the bizarre deal with. Drink plenty of water! At least one gallon in line with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely closer to your total water consumption. As for activity I perform a little gentle weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing laptop) 2 days every week with one days leisure. There is a average notion that doing cardiovascular activity on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well proposal as muscle groups burns plenty of vigour, even even as you sleep. You do not must come to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscle groups is not going to best make you seem greater however broaden your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep may be most important whilst looking to construct muscle. Good Luck

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".
The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

Hi, there! I suggest reading the books "It's Not About Food" or "When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies" or any book by Geneen Roth.
Or, take this simple approach:
1. only eat when you are physically hungry.
2. eat whatever you are craving
3. take small bites and chew your food at least seven times
4. stop eating as soon as you get a "full" signal
Also, if you are not hungry but feel the need to eat, ask yourself, what do I really need? It might be comfort, company, relaxation, a break, a walk....
Good luck--I know you'll be a beautiful bride!!

try atkins! I'm doing it right now. I'm 25. With atkins, you lose the cravings for sugar after like 2 days. You don't have to eat less, you can eat however much you need to make you feel full, just of the right things. I suggest buying the Atkins book. it tells you exactly how to start! And the weight comes off really quickly! If you need a buddy, feel free to e-mail me at skybelle18@aol.com.

Atkins is unhealthy because it puts your body in ketosis. Plus, as soon as you go off, compensatory gain kicks in and you gain it all back plus more.
I know this sounds too simple, but follow the food pyramid. I'm currently on the 1600 calorie/day version of the food pyramid and it's amazing how fast the weight is flying off.
