*Have fun talking= que te divertas platicando.

Enjoy = disfruta
Talk = charla, conversacion
This is not a common expression at least in Mexico, we usually say "que te diviertas" (enjoy it or have fun), but to say enjoy your talk is not that common to say.

enjoy your talk = que disfrutes tu conversación/charla
have fun talking = disfruta tu conversación/charla
both are more or less the same.

Que te diviertes haciendo tu presentación - if you mean it in the sense of "enjoy giving your talk" at, say, a conference.
