A hangover is basically caused by dehydration, so if you alternate alcoholic beverages (after the first 3-4) with 8-16 ounces of water and make sure to drink at least a litre before you go to bed (along with some aspirin or ibuprofen), you should be fine the next morning.

Here you go:
400 miligrams of Ibuprofen followed by a cheeseburger or a green chile omelet, washed down with a Red Beer. What's a red beer you may ask? Well its nothing short of magic. Take a plain old cheap and tasteless american beer, ice cold, fill a glass 2/3rds with it, then fill the last 3rd with Snappy Tom, spicy Clamato or tomato juice and a dash of black pepper. I call it a Bloody Bubba. You'll be feeling MUCH better in no time! You can thank me later. Enjoy! HB

A Bloody Mary sorts me out a treat! A nice slow drink to settle the stomache, if it helps get back in the game I say.
If that makes you uneasy then try a tall glass filled with milk and 2 eggs cracked in and mixed thoroughly!
Don't listen to people who say don't drink. We all have bad nights and say we will never drink again. Those that don't have no idea what they are missing.
Enjoy your life and create as many good memories as you can being a libertine along the way my friend!!!

Menudo.
Its a mexican soup that contains stomach lining from cows. It sounds really gross, but it is sworn to do the trick.
Most mexican restaraunts only serve it on Saturday and Sunday mornings just for that reason, to help people with hangovers.
Also, if you up your intake of Vitamin B12 the day before, during your night of drinking, and the next morning, it should help.

Well this has always worked for me. I always take aspirin or tylenol before bed with a huge glass of water. In the morning I take a multivitamin and then shower. I will the have hot wings with a tall glass of Hawaiin Punch. It works everytime.

hang over symptoms are mostly from dehydration. Drink some water before going to bed, along w/ some ibuprofen, then repeat in the morning. Just time, water, and ibuprofen....

for some reason, my friends and I have always done hashbrowns the next morning - or Ramen noodles. They always seem to do the trick!
also, I read somewhere that if you eat a banana before you drink, it is supposed to help.
Just drink lots of water...drinking dehydrates you. Good luck and feel better.

Try to rest a bit, sleep if you can, drink a LOT of water to rehydrate yourself, and maybe take a Vitamin B12 if you have some of that. Don't eat a lot. You're mostly just going to need rest.
