the seeds look like rice?? if so, they call that tapeworm. kitties usually have worms when they are little--the vet checkups for kittens help with the diagnosis ant treatment of these--there are more than one kind of parasite that infect kitties--please take kitty to vet--take a stool sample with you.
fleas are the source of tapeworm eggs in cats--make sure kitty does not have fleas--have the vet give you advantage for kitty so the fleas are killed--it will need to be repeated at least one time .
so--go see the vet with kitty--you will enjoy a healthy and happy kitten.
keep your kitty indoors so the fleas do not keep repeating and so people in your neighborhood do not poison kitty or doggie kill her.

I would recommend taking her in to the vet. She could have worms and need to be dewormed. Most cats food do not contain seeds. IF she's in indoor/outdoor cat she may be eating something outside with seeds on or in it, and seeds usually do not get digested. If shes indoor/outdoor, she should be dewormed periodically anyways.

sounds like dried tapeworm segments you are seeing, they resemble sesame seeds or grains of rice. Get her to the vet to be de-wormed. Get a flea treatment as well, as this is how tapeworms are transmitted, by the cat swallowing a flea. If you do not take care of the fleas, the cat could just keep re-infecting itself and it will cost you a fortune in de-worming costs.

She may be invading a bird feeder (a favorite cat hang-out) or getting seeds in her diet from somewhere else. It seems like she likes them, and they are probably good for her, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If she seems unhealthy, take her to the vet; the 'seeds' could be the eggs of some parasite.

Does your cat eat birdseed from outside. Are they rice shaped? if so they may be tapeworms. They get them from eating mice or fleas. Does your cat go outside? Not roundworms as you would not be able to see the small eggs. Get a fecal floatation done at your vet. Apply Revolution topically (get from your vet) it is effective, safe and protects against heartworm, and sarcaptic ear mites as well. If it is worms, they are depleting your cat of vital nutriants from the food intake. Get it treated ASAP. Hope this helps.

Kitty has a tapeworm that came from eating a flea. She/he needs to go to the vet. It only take a pill or two to get rid of them. What you are seeing are segments of the worm.
