I have a 6 y/o blue merle aussie,and he weighs 69 lbs.
Is that normal?

Avg Size of male: Height: 20-23 Weight: 50-65
Avg Size of Female: Height: 18-21 Weight: 40-55
--I guess you would say he's a little above average. A+

The average weight of an australian shepherd is 58-70 lbs., so he is right in there.

they range from 50-65 lbs
