A good one will just be minced meat (usually lamb although can be beef as well) mixed with the herbs and spices of the cooks choice. However, most people only eat a kebab after being in the pub, so probably wouldn't notice if the meat was less thatn great! Less scrupulous traders will put anything they can get their hands on to fill out a donner meat.
Buyer beware!!

Ground meat almost anything except pork.
And as Urban dictionary puts it......
Although the chemical and genetic make-up of the 'Donner Meat' itself is a mystery to modern man, further studies have shown that it actually does contain meat.
The thought ingredients of donner meat are shown below;
- Lamb (processed from reformed cuts of low grade meat, possibly including offal)
- Chicken (see Lamb)
- Dog (mainly previous RSPCA animals)
- Pigeon (of the city centre variety)
- Rat (of the sewer variety)
- Sawdust (often pine)
- Bone Chippings (possibly from meat or possibly from unfortunate slaughterhouse staff members)
Donner meat is proven to provide absolutely no nutritional value what so ever. It is recommended that you eat it with caution as it contains a lethally high dosage of saturated fat, salt, and other toxic substances.
Trials have shown that obsessive consumption of donner meat with accompanying alcoholic beverages can cause devastating effects to any mortal being.

Generally a döner kebab is served with a salad made from shredded lettuce. Usually there is a choice between a hot sauce, a yoghurt sauce containing garlic and a yoghurt sauce containing herbs. Sometimes sheep's cheese, and meat..but never pork.

It's best that you don't ask this question. People only ever buy this stuff when drunk. That's probably for the best. If you were sober, you would take note of the greasy hands, the dirt-filled fingernails and dripping sweat of the staff. Why not just go to an actual chip shop and have some proper post-boozing food?

Fine ground meat, either beef, chicken or in some middle eastern countrys lamb or muttom, with the addition of onions, garlic, parsley, cumin, chili peppers, oregano a bit of binder, usually farinous product, and a small amount of other seasoning. It probably all started when the prepared the donair for gyros, and had leftover, applied it to small skewers and cooked it on the grill, and prepared it in the same fashion as gyros, I like mine on a spit roll, onions, tzatiki sauce, cheese, and baked in an oven, the topped with greek hot peppers.

they hang the carcass up off cow and lamb and then pressure hose the meat off till it all goes down a drainage ditch which is then pulped into the shape you see spinning in kebab shops they also add flavouring powders, if you actually saw how it was made you would never ever eat it again well not till you was drunk again lol.

Generally lamb. It's all the bits that can't besold as a joint of meat so they mince them up. There's probably offal in it and the scraggy tough meat that you wouldn't normally eat.
