I want to loose around 12 pounds in around 10 days. I need to know how to do this. I have a huge problem with sugar. I crave it everyday...I need something to stop this (not Splenda....I don't use that)....some way to do this. I also have a weird eating problem. I'm guessing I'm a little bit of an overeater. I have an urge to eat when I'm not hunrgry....any ways to stop this?? My mom will get anry if I try any Whacky Diets, so I need a diet that's not to out of this world....but still works. I'm willing for anything right now.
Also, I diet partner wouldn't be bad to have. Anyone who wants to e-mail back and forth with me, just to help me along....answer on the question.
I know it's NOT healthy to do this. If you have a problem with this, skip this question....I'm not playing around here. I'm dead serious about this. I've played around long enough, and now I have to crack down hard.....So PLEASE HELP ME!!....

you know sugar is addicting right? some believe--me included--that its one of the worst addictive substances out there--and its a killer. in a million ways-teeth to body to mental health...

I'm not trying to scare you, I just want to let you know, that if you do 'crave it everyday' and have a 'weird eating problem' then a crash diet isn't going to do it.

um, I've been there. with weird eating stuff---and I know many who have---the problem probably isn't the food itself--but other motivations.

in the kindest, most empathetic way possible, I suggest real change--like counselling change. a crash diet might help now, but in a fortnight you might not be further ahead. God bless.

So you want a Non-Wacky diet to lose weight in a way you know isn't healthy and probably isn't even possible?

Look, you can't lose 12 pounds in 10 days, even if you eat nothing at all, it can't be done. I agree with the above poster you probably have other issues with food. If you truly are overweight, see a Doctor about a diet and excercise plan and a referal to a therapist of some kind.
