Write what you want to ask her but start the email with something like "This letter is in regards to a phone call i made to your office when you were un-available. Please could you help with some queries i have"

The key here is to be straightforward and tact in your letter at the same time.

In one sentence, provide a brief background of your circumstance mentioning that the mail had to be sent since she was unavailable. Immediately make a rundown of your queries. Use a formal and polite question such as "May I...?"

Don't forget to provide details as to how you can be contacted. Your letter should not go beyond 3 paragraphs. Good luck!

(your information at the top or bottom)

Dear (Marketing Officer's name)

Pursuant to the conversation (date today) I had with your offices, I now email the following queries for you:-
1
2
3
4
5
Thank you very much for your early response.
Yours truly,
xyz

Now get back on the phone and tell her offices that you would be emailing the queries to her and you would be obliged if she gets them as it is imperative for your research/information/knowledge.

Be professional and seek help, go to the library, use your computer or just ask for help. Always be professional.
