Hebrew=YHWH (not sure of the pronounciation) it was considered wrong to pronounce it for a long time.

Aramaic=elahh

Greek=Theos (thus the word theology)

'allah
al-law'
A variation of ''elah' (424):--oak.

But the word "allah" has even come from another word "alilah".

http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.phpterms=Allah&nmd=n&gender=both&operator=or

al--"the" ilah-"god" (Used in Pre-Islamic Arabia. Could be that they had a concept of a supreme God and just didn't obey especially if they were from Ishmael or that it was just a general word.)

'elowahh
el-o'-ah; rarely (shortened) >eloahh {el-o'-ah
probably prolonged (emphat.) from ''el' (410); a deity or the Deity:--God, god. See ''elohiym' (430).

Centuries before the time of Muhammad, the word "Allāh" was used by Jews (they also used the cognant Elōah) and pagan tribes in the Arabian peninsula to signify the chief deity
