Sounds like you have an abscess(infection). You need to go to see you dentist to get some medication to reduce the swelling, pain, etc. You should go immediately. Since the infection is not draining, it is causing your face to swell and this pressure will create alot of pain. You might need to get an I&D(incision & drain) when you see the dentist to relieve this.

Pour a heaping teaspoon of salt in a cup of very warm water - stir well. Gargle w/this mixture until the whole cup is gone. Do this 4 or 5 times a day. This will help relieve it.
If you are not better soon, you really need to see your dentist again.

You could make an urgent care visit to a hospital or clinic, apply an ice pack, or hot compress, get a lot of rest, take ibruprophen. Good luck!

maybe you have an allergic reaction to the antibiotics, i often do. you should go back to your doctor or try the emergency room. that kind of swelling doesn't sound normal.
