What is so great about them? I've used them and they've done NOTHING for me!

The best thing about them is they mimic running but it's no impact since you don't have to take your foot off the ground. They are great for people with joint problems. They are also good for if your on a recovery day after a run and want to go easy on your joints but still get a workout. You should be able to adjust the resistance so it can be harder. You may think it's doing nothing but your being active and it is. Raise your intensity and/or time if you feel like your not getting worked out.

they are wonderful on your joints..and for cross training...i love them...they give a boost for cardio as well..it reminds me of running and walking and stepper all at the same time..with a cardio workout on top of it....great for fronts and back of legs..as well as arms...
