This may sound a little odd but it works for me.
You go to Mc Donald's and order a double cheeseburger value meal with a large coca cola.
You eat the double cheeseburger and fries and drink the soda. (it has to be regular coca cola, don't know why but nothing else works.)
Then you take a nap. When you wake up you should feel better.
People never believe my technique but have found after trying that it does work.

The best way to prevent it is the night before. Once your done drinking all you can drink, make your self throw up in a toilet. After this go to ihop / dennys and get a meal and some water. If you cant go to resturants eat a meal wherever you are. Once you are full drink some glasses of water before bed. When you wake up you should be good. If you still have a headache the next day pop two excedrin pills then drink water / fruit juice all day. Also vitamin water Recover is great for hangovers. hope this will help a bit!

Force yourself to have some source of protein and carbohydrates, like eggs and some toast with jelly and a glass of chocolate milk. Take two aspirins. Grab a bottle of water, or at least a large glass of water and go to sleep. Next time you are going to drink yourself into a hangover position eat a lot of food before you start drinking. Take two aspirins before you go to bed and drink water. Some people claim that taking B-complex works wonders for halting hangovers...but that can also make the stomach upset ...WORSE. Feel Better Soon!!!

Drink lots of water as this will rehydrate you and every time you urinate, you will be getting rid of some of the alcohol from the night before. Stay away from coffee.
Do a bit of exercise, like a walk in the fresh air.
Eat lots of food. If you are feeling nauseous, constantly nibble on some dry toast.
Lie down and get some rest. Your body needs it. Take an aspirin or two to sort out the headache.
Be patient.

Whatever you do, do not take Tylenol for an alcohol induced headache. Alcohol and acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, can cause liver necrosis. The best thing for hangover is avoid stimulation like loud noise or bright light and stay hydrated. If you have been drinking for an extended time, you may experience severe alcohol withdrawal symptoms including delirium tremens, and severe hypertension. These symptoms indicate a medical emergency which requires prompt medical attention.

Kudo points with the Mickey D's!!! Everytime I drink water with a hang over I feel nauseated and dizzy so now I drink a dark soda (coke) and it will help you to relax cause the acid in it. Then lay down in front of the tv and curl up under a blanket!
