It is not possible to do it in a healthy way...some ideas to work on it though..that have worked for me..for life long goals for fitness and health...
1. drink lots of room temp water. I try to drink my weight divided by 8 and that many glasses of water...
so take your weight divide by 8 and drink that many glasses of water. (crystal lights, water, sparkling water, decaf tea, etc)
2. I walk a lot
park my car in the furthest spot and walk (if windy more of a workout)
take the stairs
go for walks on my break
walk to the post office if it is within 5 miles, same with bank and for small errands (if weather is coorporating)
3. Exercise every day
-walk up and down the stairs for seperate chores..don't wait until you have enough of a pile (get nitty gritty with laundry..if possible...a pair of socks, pair of pants, shirts, etc..each one is a trip).
-run
-bike
-rake leaves/mow grass..etc
4. watch what you eat..eat an apple before each meal
eat at least 2 cups of vegetables and fruits at each meal with a piece of multi grain bread
5. take a daily vitamin
most importantly stay away from soda

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well. Not expensive at all.

Not possible. Two weeks isn't enough time to lose it, and lose it in healthful way. I can bet you could lose 5lbs, although it is recommened you only lose about a pound a week.
Don't call it a diet, make it a lifestyle change. Eat healthy, that doesn't mean you can't eat sweets but it's proportions that matter too and serving sizes. Add veggies, fruits and whole grains.
Take a walk, adding that little exercise instead of sitting will make you lose weight. Try buying a exercise dvd and then do that in your house. Dance dance revolution is a great way although it does cost quite a bit.

You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm really impressed.

You can lose something close to 15lbs but it may be mostly water weight. Try researching a cabage diet or a tomatoe diet just veggies for a week or two and you lose a lot of lbs but like I said before it may be more water weight than actually fat.

hi yes its easy to loose 15 pounds. however unless your strong willed like my mum then u wont be able to loose it at home.
just go gym everyday and run or cross trainer it for half an hour to an hour each day.
once u do this for a few weeks, it becomes automatic and u cant live without the gym. oh the weight will just melt away
ps the first week will be hard to motivate yourself in the gym but stick with it. once ur skinny, just imagine how much fun it will to get laid.

Hey well tats a short time that you have to get rid of weight. Try taking in less carbs and fatty stuff. try jogging at a spot or in the park. if possible try doing sit ups while watching tv. dont go to sleep imeadiatelly after you eat or do heavy activity after you eat. try using the stairs instead of the elevator. If you want to lose quickly you're going to need to do the work. No excuses.

Why don't you join weight watchers because it is a very good program It does work and it is a very good healthy diet. You are never hungry because there is so much variety.
