Every person requires a different amount of sleep. It is recommended that a person gets at least 2 hours of REM sleep. ( good sleep) If you don't get that, your body really does not get enough rest and time to recover from every day abuse.

What it is the main point is if you are tired or not during the day.

It is normal that sometimes one person sleep less than he/she is used to. But the real problem is if the person is tired.
