Hi there ... I'm not quite sure what "cabs" are, but one generally cannot spot reduce. If you want to slim down your butt and thighs, you'll need to take a look at your diet (sometimes simply adding 5-10 servings of fruits/vegetables per day can make a huge difference), begin engaging in regular cardio (biking, walking, running, kickboxing, etc. - 30 mins per day) and start using weights. If you don't have access to a gym and want to work on your butt/thighs at home, I recommend the following sites for home exercise workouts. Integrate plenty of lunges, dips, squats and tall box presses into your daily exercise routine.

Beautiful bodies are not born (except to the exceptionally lucky few:) - THEY'RE MADE! Get off that butt and work it!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
