You bet my hand can be in pain from writing continuously...So take a break every 30 minutes and stretch out your hands. Flex both hands outwardly with all fingers separated. Then make a fist and hold it for a few seconds. Repeat the flexing. Shake the hands outs, but do this with the hands up. Twist the wrists around easy...and then take the left hand and massage the right hand .... palms to fingers... squeezing the fingers a bit strongly.
Alternatively, you can put your hands together with your fingers entwined and stretch your hands out with the palms facing in and then out.
These time outs only take a few seconds to do and will help a lot!
