During Adam and Eve's time the human genome had not deteriorated as it is now.
Adam and Eve's time was also before the Mosaic laws forbidding incest.
There were no other humans created besides Adam and Eve. There was only them and their prodginy.

When Adam and Eve had children they married their siblings; then nice or nephew etc
It was not forbidden until later b/c the genes would of started to become effected. & there was no need since the areas were well populated.
....Since Adam lived several hundred years, having lots of children was not a problem. The Genesis account does not tell us about the order of the births nor does it tell us how old they were. By having many children it is certainly possible that there were many women around. This would mean that Cain married either a sister or a niece or some other relation. Of course at this point, the question of inbreeding is raised. But it is not a problem early on in the human race because the genetic line was so pure. Therefore, the prohibition against incest was not proclaimed until much much later (Lev. 18:6-18).

It's all in Genesis. Adam and Eve weren't the first people created. They were just the chosen ones to live in the Garden of Eden. Read Genesis Ch.1 V. 26-28. He created man in their own image, and told them to go forth and replentish the earth. Later on in Genesis Ch. 2 V. 7 is when He created Adam. He created all the world before he ever created Adam and Eve. It's a common misconception that Adam & Eve were the first and only people on earth in the very beginning. There were other people on the earth, and when they left the Garden of Eden, their kids took wives from the other people out there in the world. Hope that this helps you!!

Gen. 1:27-30
Then God said, “Let us make people in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life—the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals,£ and small animals.” So God created people in his own image;God patterned them after himself;male and female he created them.
God blessed them and told them, “Multiply and fill the earth and subdue it. Be masters over the fish and birds and all the animals.” And God said, “Look! I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. And I have given all the grasses and other green plants to the animals and birds for their food.” And so it was.
People is plural. I think that God created others. It's just that he chose to focuse on Adam and Eve.
He also reffered to Himself in the plural. I believe this is reffering to the trinity, Father; San; and HolyGhost.
