The book Of Revelation Chap. 21:14 says the twelve apostles are named in the 12 foundations of the wall?

Is Judas one of them or is it Matthias?

Acts 1
24Then they prayed, "Lord, you know everyone's heart. Show us which of these two you have chosen 25to take over this apostolic ministry, which Judas left to go where he belongs." 26Then they cast lots, and the lot fell to Matthias; so he was added to the eleven apostles.

Since Matthias took over Judas' apostolic ministry it must have been his name John saw.

Judas was with the original twelve but never really believed in his heart. Church History says he was looking for a military ruler to restore Israel back to its former glory.
