I would have to say no. I was taught that when a man and woman marry, their souls are combined. And when they divorce, it's like ripping that one new soul, back into two separate souls. But I personally believe that if the divorce is for a good reason (abuse, infidelity, etc.) then they have every right to get a divorce. As for being closet Atheist, I'm not sure. Because being Atheist means you do not believe in God whatsoever, so if they still go to church services and stuff............. I don't know. And with the points I stated above, I really don't see how someone can be a closet Atheist, so my answer is no.

No, they're just as religious as they ever were. An Atheist wouldn't even have the word god involved in the wedding ceremony in the first place.
