My daughter's used to do strange things at the mall for fun so maybe these will help. Hide under a rounder of clothes and pop out when someone is looking through them, have a race on the big bouncing balls they have at most toy stores, put together the ugliest outfit you can find and make them try it on and come out and model it (in the busiest store you can find)....just dumb things like that. Hope that helps.

pick your nose in front of the security camrea
place strange objects in other people's carts/baskets troughout the store (DO NOT ACTUALLY TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF THE STORE)
Hijack as many reciets as possble (through careless disgard) and leave them stranded in interesting places (on top of soda machines, etc)
Grab a bottle of soda and sing "Mary Had A Little Lamb" into it, just as if it were a mike
Pretend that the try-on beds in the store are sleepers, and that you can use them. From time to time, say, "This feels GOOD," so they don't think that you're just "sleeping..." lmao
