Forget about the porn "squirters" ... they won't help you. They may even be insulting.
Keeping silent when you find it a major turn on isn't wise either. Be honest.

To get her to squirt more often, have sex with her more often. For most people, it's not something they have complete control over, so orgasm would be the only way to bring it out.
As for getting her to do it more often, the thing to remember is that she's embarrassed by it. Don't bring any attention to it, as she probably thinks it's a mood killer (and because sex is so psycological as well as physical, if she thinks it's a mood killer, it IS a mood killer).

Tell her its normal and it excites you even more. Tell her you like it and it makes love making more intense. If you don't say it, she will try not to squirt the next time and that really stops. Its love juice and there is nothing wrong about it.
