Innsbruck Austria?

Am going to Innsbruck Austria this winter. Am wondering about what to wear.... are they more into "dark/black clothing" like in New York or into more colorful/light colored winter clothes? Or it doesn't matter and nobody cares there?

Don't worry about colour so much as warmth. They are not as obessed over appearance as some New Yorkers are.
