Not to me it isnt. IT is a Crock that a convicted criminal is allowed to sue because they were not deported in a timely manner and instead where held in custody. Hopefully that dude was Called Ben Dover by his cell mate a time or two !!!

I'm afraid it's not any wonder at all, but I think the reasons are, with the greatest of respect possible, due to voter stupidity rather than permitting someone who has served their time to a modicum of personal protection from the lynch mobs.

Difficult circumstances call for difficult solutions, and I think the government and their legal advisors have got it right.

A convicted criminal should have no rights at all. They have disragarded the law of the land and in my opinion that should mean they do not deserve the same rights as decent people.

No surprise at all ,and if this sort of thing continues ,the B:N:P:will continue to pick up lots more votes,and more seats and then watch out,cant wait ,glad i moved to Spain when i did.

If I was living there I would vote BNP every time.
