jesus is the christ, savior and king of all. if he were simply a prophet, than how did he create the world and those who inhabit it? a prophet does not have the power to save the world like christ does(jesus christ)

I'm not a Muslim, but I know quite a bit about Islam, though I do not subscribe to it.
The Muslims do accept Jesus Christ as "al Massihe" or the Messiah and revere Him.
The difference is just about His dying on the Cross, which they say didn't happen, because Judas was miraculously transformed to His likeness and crucified instead.
In the Injeel, the Muslim version of the New Testament, Jesus ascends to Heaven and Judas dies on the Cross.
This is for your clarification.
Merry Christmas!!!

Since the Messiah is a savior, and in their view Jesus did not save the Israelites from the tyranny of the Romans and Muslims believe Sanctification (good works) saves one, then they can not believe he is the Christ in a Jewish sense.

I am Muslim and believe in Jesus Christ same as Christian does, only think i dont believe is Jesus being Son of God.He was a prophet and messenger of God for mankind.Secondly I dont believe he was crucified and was taken into heavens. We are waiting for his arrival to this world again to kill the Anti-christ ( Dajjal) and save the world from evil.

Muslims are the wrong kind of people to pose this question to. Are you trying to tease or annoy them?

"Jesus son of Mary, the Christ", that's roughly the translation of what the Qur'an repeatedly stated.

Aren't Jesus and Mohammed the same person just with a different name ? Don't we all worship the one true God , that goes by many names ?
