I think the answer is just to let Sweden move into the United States, no questions asked. After 3 years on raw fish sandwiches and being members of the polar bear club, we will be so hardy that we won't need cars anymore, and without cars causing us to burn fuel anymore, why we'll just be energy independent and no one will care about the middle east anymore. Problem solved! LOL
