I am from this part of Brussels called Ixelles (1050 Brussels).

There is no such "Belgisch national lottery", we have in Dutch the "Nationale Loterij" and it is situated in another place.

At this place (Avenue Louise 48) there is a chic shop called "Donaldson", check the links below.

Hope this helps

I don't know if you ar searching for it or if it is an email that you received ?

if it is an email, it is forged because it is a strange combination of several language :
belgisch national lottery (= Flemish, Dutch + english and should be correctly Belgische Nationale Lotterij).
If it is in Dutch the street should be "Louisalaan B48" in stead of the french variant. Normally there should also be an house number and not only a box number.

Don't trust it. I think it is a form of phishing.

Did you get an email saying that you won the lottery here? Its a scam. Just delete it. Do not respond to it.
