doesent this prove that the koran is a book of science too?

Erm - no.
If each religious text is correct... then every religion is correct... which is intrinsically illogical.
Religion cannot be scientifically proven on a basis like that.
It amounts to a circular argument.
The text of the book is true - > therefore the book is true - > therefore the text of the book is true...- > therefore the book is true - > etc. etc.
Second proof - books are true
Therefore the text of all books are true
The text of two books disagree - proof fails.
This is an inherent violation of logic, and an inherently invalid proof. Basic logic and root of science.

Koran is not a book of science although it does have a little bit of science that was impossible to know at the time of its revaluation and that's why many scientists who are presented with the ayah of the Koran they believe that it is the true message.
