How old was the kitten when she was taken from her Mother?
If she was very young chances are she's trying to nurse on the duck.

One of my cats still does this and she's 6 years old...her mother was killed when she was about 3 weeks old.
She nursed on stuffed animals, blankets, bathrobes...basically anything that is soft and feels kind of fuzzy.

So more than likely your kitten is doing the same thing.

She loves the duck. When cats knead things with their front paws it shows they are happy. Cats will lick or taste you to say I love you, also to get salt of of your skin. Have no idea what the duck has that is so appealing. That's kinda cute though.

She's playing. Cats love "killing" things. One of my cats has just murdered my husband's slipper. She gave his jacket a bit of a talking to as well. A lot of cats find a favourite toy. Mine are very fond of rugs, so much so that we've had to give up all but one of them. Ducky is obviously the cats toy of the moment.

It's a toy to the cat and it is being playful. Or the cat is jealous of the attention the duck is getting from you. Cats can be territorial with their surroundings, their toys, their food, and also "their people".

she is looking up to the duck as if it is another cat,, cats love to be with other cats or small dogs,, always best if you have one cat to get another,, but if your cat is docile look for a docile cat, and if playful look for a playful one,,,

cats always do that with their feet, maybe your cat likes it or it thinks its another cat to play with?

your kitten is suckling. It's they same thing they do to their mom's tit. She might have been weened too early or just enjoying herself. It's usually harmless.
