Have u ever lost your temper so badly that it hurt someone? Did it felt like you wanted to burst and started to be really violent?

Yeah I lost my temper before and needed to have counseling before.

what's going to administration your mood? this is suggested as adulthood and 26 is a great time to strengthen some. the in elementary words administration you'll ever have is self-discipline. lack of which causes many of the problem we learn right here in Yahoo. prepare makes suited. the first step? personal it, next time you lose your mood, capture your self, ask for forgiveness, and tell the guy you're yelling at that you opt for a "retake", then say what you want to without yelling, cursing, or being rude. prepare makes suited. it must be performed. i have considered it. good luck.

Yes I am afraid so, since my mother died 8 months ago, I am out of my head with grief, so yes my temper is very hard to control. I have hurt my best friend so much, luckily he has stuck with me, but need to take deep breaths, count to ten, step back ,also think before you speak, it is so hard.

Yes. It sucks. I make it a point to NEVER allow that to happen again. Losiing your temper to that extreme is a problem with YOU, not the person you are mad at. Keep that in mind.

It is indeed, a tough question.That happen to everybody in real life.
I am never really angry,but sometimes; If I say something wrong to
somebody,yes,I need to make an apology.

counselling and anger management twice a week are helpin me, ive dealt with alot of s*** in my life and for a long tym i felt numb then u just loose it and feel anger. my advice is to remove urself from da situation go for a run or punch da hell out of a punchbag, just make sure no one gets caught in your anger and confusion.
