Don't be afraid...first thing is to go talk to her. Conversate with her and get her to talk about things she likes and just add on to that. When you guys get comfortable being around each other, then just casually say, "We should grab some lunch sometimes." Exchange phone numbers and call her to schedule a lunch date within 2 days. Remember to ask her to lunch and not dinner. Lunch is more casual. Dinner just seems more intimidating, when you barely know the person. Remember, when you act casual and not desperate, you would get a much better reaction from her.

I’d like to be bold enough to ask you out for lunch.
It would mean much more to me than to you…..because I’m paying for it. (Use this sentence if you wanna add some humor to it.)
Asking someone out to lunch is a great first step to becoming comfortable as the asker. It's a time-limited activity; both of you (presumably) have to get back to work or college after, say, an hour. There will be no awkward goodbyes at the front door of someone's apartment. It all takes place in daylight and in public, so there will be no pressure or expectations or even much possibility of taking things to a more serious or intimate level (at least for now).
Get it firmly into your mind that you are an adult, she's an adult, and there's nothing wrong, unseemly or out-of-the ordinary for one adult to suggest to another that you meet for lunch.
"Hi, Mary.....listen, I was just thinking, I've been so swamped with college that I just need to get away from the books and get my mind off it all. I thought I would check out that new Italian restaurant for lunch today. I hear it's pretty good. I'm going to go at 11:30 because I have to be back here in time to get ready for the next class. I thought you might like to join me there if you don't already have plans."

you spell like a 5 year old and your in college? wow you must be dam good at basketball
IF you want to have lunch with her do this
catch her right before lunch and ask what she plans to do for lunch. If its not important then tell her she should let you buy her lunch, dont ask her, tell her she should do it. But smile and be pleasant about it.
She will go for it even if she isnt attracted to how you look, she will like the confidence and how you take control

Not sure why this question is in the health dental section, but just ask them the worst that can happen is they would both say no. If that happens there are plenty of women out there.

If you really want to know the answer, there's no way to avoid the risk of rejection. Simply put, you have to be man enough to risk hearing "no" in order to find out if the answer might be "yes."

first face her with the best side of your face....or your body...and then wagging that tail ask her if she noticed your sidelocks...if she has drop her at her house the next day...if she hasn't she's probably a vegetarian who likes sushi!
