Wendy's chicken sandwich. Twice. I have permanantly boycotted the joint! Vomiting and diarrhea is what happened. No law suit, not that kind of person.

Yes, I have and it came from Denny's. I absolutely hate the place, but I went at like 2 in the morning so that's pretty much the only thing that's open. Not even 5 minutes after I left the restaurant I felt my stomach cramp up and I knew right then what it was. I will NEVER go back!

Yes, from a VERY poopular steak house called The Herford house. Both my husband & I both got sick. This was on our wedding anniversary. when we went home, it got worse, so we both went to the er room, only to be told it was both food poisoning. I went & got a record of our bills.
Next day we went to the steak house, took the bills, talked to the manager in private told him what happend, & told him the ONLY food we had that day WAS your food! He laughed, but I told him, it'll be in your best interests to pay these, & I'll tell you why, theres 4 different news stations here, & I dont think you want that kind of PR do you. Were not asking for a law suit, were ONLY wanting thses bills paid for, we wounldnt have them, had we not have come to your place.
Needless to say thats 1 steak house, we NEVER go to again,

Yes. My son had food poisoning after eating at a popular chain from the USA. This restaurant serves buffet style salads. Now we only eat home cooked meals.

Yes, this has happened to me twice. Both times, it was the salad dressing at a salad bar. I'm sure the salad dressing had been sitting out for hours. Possibly it had been out for hours, put away, put back out, put away, put back out....for days on end. In both cases, there was nothing else it could have been. In both cases, the restaurants completely denied that there was a problem. Both times I was with someone else and both of us called in to report a problem separately. Both times, I was told that nobody else had called! I think they felt they had to deny and protect themselves.

yes a few mounths back i went into a posh restuant in londan but there chicken wasnt propley cooked..i ate it.
then i know i had to go toilets and I started to trow up my food
then my body started to go ill and i fell ill for a few weeks intill
my mom called in a doctor and i soon got my health replenished
the..restuant got fined over £10,000

McDonald's cheesburger
Threw up pretty much non-stop for about 12 hours....doc just told me to drink plenty of fluids and get rest
